Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At attaralo, we curate the finest fragrances and beauty products from top global retailers. Because we operate as an affiliate store, shipping is handled directly by our partner brands (such as Amazon or other authorized retailers).

How Shipping Works

  • Direct Fulfillment: When you click to purchase a product from our site, you will be redirected to the official partner website (e.g., Amazon) to complete your order.

  • Carrier & Tracking: Shipping methods, costs, and tracking information are determined by the specific retailer where the final purchase is made.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery schedules follow the standards of the partner retailer. For example, orders placed via Amazon may be eligible for Prime shipping.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

Shipping fees and international availability are set by our partners. We recommend reviewing the shipping details on the checkout page of the partner site before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Since the transaction occurs on a third-party platform, you will receive your tracking number and shipping updates directly from that retailer via email.

Order Issues & Damaged Goods

Because attaralo does not store or ship inventory:

  • Delays/Lost Packages: Please contact the customer support team of the retailer where you completed the purchase.

  • Damaged Items: Returns and replacements are governed by the partner's return policy.

Contact Us

If you have questions about how our affiliate process works, feel free to reach out to us at attaralobdofficial@gmail.com.

Why this is better for you:

  • Liability Shield: It explicitly states that you aren't responsible for the physical delivery.

  • Transparency: Customers won't be confused when they get redirected to Amazon; they’ll understand you are the "curator."

  • Trust: It directs them to the right place for support (the partner) so they don't get frustrated emailing you for tracking numbers you don't have.

Quick Tip: In your Shopify Admin, make sure your "Add to Cart" buttons are changed to "View on Amazon" (or similar) to match this policy.
